These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of growachickenfighter.codes (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. The Site is an unofficial fan resource about the Roblox game Grow a Chicken Fighter by Sergio Verse Games; it is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Roblox Corporation or Sergio Verse Games.

1. What the Site is

The Site publishes game guides, tier lists, egg and chicken indexes, a money-farm calculator, update history and redeemable code lists. Content is written by an individual player for educational and informational purposes. The game itself is operated on Roblox under Roblox’s own terms; nothing on this Site grants you any rights in Roblox, in Grow a Chicken Fighter, or in any Roblox account or item.

2. Content accuracy and our verification standard

We make every effort to keep codes and data current: active codes are re-tested in-game and cross-checked against multiple independent trackers before publication, and each data page carries a verification or update date. Despite this, Grow a Chicken Fighter is updated frequently and values such as rewards, lay chances, prices, abilities and balance can change without notice. Where a value has not been directly confirmed, the Site labels it as observed or community-sourced rather than presenting it as official. Always verify a code, price or statistic inside the live game before you act on it.

3. Intellectual property and fair use

Game names, character names, logos, screenshots and other trademarks or assets belong to their respective owners (including Roblox Corporation and Sergio Verse Games). References to them are used for commentary, identification and informational purposes under fair use / fair dealing principles, and no ownership claim is made. Original text, tables, calculator logic and layout produced for the Site may not be republished, scraped at scale, or sold without written permission. Brief quotation with a link back to the source page is welcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting; (b) scrape, copy or resell the Site’s databases or code lists in bulk; (c) misrepresent yourself as the Site or its editor, including through fake “free Robux”, script or giveaway pages; or (d) use the Site to develop or distribute exploits, cheats or malware for Roblox. The Site deliberately does not publish working exploit scripts, and requests to add them will be refused.

5. External links and third-party services

The Site links to external resources such as the official Sergio Verse Games Discord, Roblox game pages, YouTube videos and cited reference sources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, safety or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

6. Advertising and cookies

The Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and comparable certified platforms, and uses analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. The Site does not sell in-game items, run giveaways, or charge for any of its guides or tools.

7. No warranty

The Site and all its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Guides and calculator outputs are estimates and planning aids, not guarantees of in-game results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its editor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including lost game progress, trades or purchases made based on Site content, or losses caused by third-party software you chose to download against the Site’s safety advice.

9. Corrections policy

If you find an error — an expired code, a wrong number, a broken link — please report it to [email protected] or via the Contact page. Factual corrections are prioritised and usually published the same day, and material changes are reflected on the updates log.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above records the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
